I believe I’m probably speaking to every person in the entire universe when I ask the simple question, “Does stress interfere with your sleeping habits?” It literally makes me want to cry because all I want is to wake up from a good night’s rest feeling rejuvenated, is that too much to ask? I have had so many restless nights that have led me to pure exhaustion even after 6 to 8 hours of rest. My hand falls asleep, I have no covers on me, I’m hot, I’m cold, I have to wake up and pee, uhh…. like literally every annoying thing. Is anyone with me? Can I get an ‘Amen,’ so I won’t be forced to think the exhaustion is starting to make me crazy. I know I sound like a negative nancy and maybe a bit dramatic, but all this being said….I FOUND A CURE! I treat my lack of sleep like it’s a disease, but I mean let’s be serious people, sleep is completely essential to being a nice person.
